Murleigh Real Estates LLP for themselves and for vendors/lessors of any property give notice that:

Murleigh Real Estates LLP are not regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and as such does not carry Professional Indemnity Insurance and any opinions cannot be construed as valuation advice nor warranty made on the condition of any building . We would always recommend suitably accredited RICS qualified professionals are appointed to advise.
